1. Data We Collect

SmartBudg collects only the minimum data necessary to provide our service. We store: your email address, your selected country, the AI-generated analysis result, and your payment status. We do not store any uploaded financial documents.

2. File Processing

Uploaded CSV and PDF files are processed entirely in real-time memory on our servers. Files are immediately discarded after the AI analysis is complete. We never persist uploaded documents to disk, databases, or any other storage system.

3. AI Processing (OpenAI)

Your spending data is sent to OpenAI GPT-4o to generate savings recommendations. OpenAI processes this data according to their own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing OpenAI's Privacy Policy for more information.

4. Payments (Stripe)

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. SmartBudg does not store your credit card information. Please review Stripe's Privacy Policy for details on payment data handling.

5. Email Delivery (Resend)

We use Resend to deliver your analysis report by email. Your email address is shared with Resend solely for the purpose of delivering the report.

6. Cookies

SmartBudg uses only essential cookies necessary for the service to function, including language preference storage. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

7. Your GDPR Rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:
