1. Service Description
SmartBudg provides AI-powered spending analysis and savings recommendations for individuals and businesses. Our service uses OpenAI GPT-4o to analyze spending data and generate personalized suggestions based on the user's country and financial data.
2. Not Financial Advice
SmartBudg is not a licensed financial advisor, investment advisor, or tax consultant. All recommendations provided by our service are AI-generated suggestions only and should not be considered professional financial advice. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making important financial decisions.
3. Pricing & Payments
Individual analysis: 0.99 EUR (one-time payment). Company analysis: 29.99 EUR (one-time payment). A PDF processing surcharge of 2.00 EUR may apply when PDF files are uploaded. All prices include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through Stripe in EUR.
4. Refund Policy
Since the analysis is generated and delivered instantly upon payment, we are unable to offer refunds after the full analysis has been delivered. Users have the opportunity to review a free preview of the analysis before purchasing the full report.
5. Acceptable Use
Users agree to use SmartBudg only for lawful purposes. You must not: attempt to reverse-engineer the service, submit fraudulent or malicious data, exceed reasonable usage limits (10 analyses per hour per user), or resell or redistribute the analysis reports without authorization.
6. Limitation of Liability
SmartBudg provides its service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on our AI-generated recommendations. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific analysis in question.
7. Intellectual Property
The SmartBudg name, logo, and service design are proprietary. Generated analysis reports are provided for the personal or business use of the purchaser only.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of SmartBudg shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.
